Creativity and design is something that I feel is in my blood. I apply it to every aspect of my life, from what I wear, when I go out with family or friends, to how I arrange food on a plate. So once I graduated with my Business degree, I decided to take that teaching, along with other things, and bring it to life.
Tier & Co. was born in 2017 out of passion. I make the most important events in my clients’ lives be as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Through strategic partnerships formed over the years, I’ve learned to be flexible and accommodating to each client’s unique needs and preferences. I began my wedding planning journey at the age of 19 right after I graduated with my degree in business. I spent my first two years mentoring, shadowing, and developing a process that not only works for my business, but one that was true to who I am outside of wedding planning.
Whenever I first meet with a couple, I am very transparent with what to expect from me and my team. No question is off limits. If something seems to be unrealistic or won't work out, I will tell you!
I'm not here to give you broken promises! My job is to make sure you say "I do" the way you have always dreamed of and helping you officially begin the journey of a LIFETIME of LOVE!

She checks in with the couple throughout the event to ensure they are happy and provides them with extra assistance as needed. She removes almost all of the stress from her couples as she takes on all of the responsibility to make sure things get done correctly and efficiently. She always executes the desired vision and I’ve never seen any of her clients less than elated by the end of the event.
Jacinda is a phenomenal planner all the way around. I’ve served as her assistant for various events and she communicates thoroughly with the couples and other vendors

When I began my wedding planning journey, I had no idea where to start. Because I grew up in a small town, there was not a ton of resources for me to use, so I had to do things the old school way; calling and emailing companies. Out of 60-70 vendors I contacted over the course of three months, only 4 responded and helped me get to where I am today.
My rough start in the industry is why I do everything that I can for my couples. I have to prove to myself that I can continue to succeed in this journey, while at the same time, providing top of the line service for couples that want the wedding of their dreams. I know how it feels to not know where to start, what to do, or even what to expect! I never want any one to have to feel that way again.
